After getting my ** out of 0.0 following 2 months of 30 man roaming gangs ganking clueless idiots who don't read intel channels and camping titan jump bridges waiting for the other side to make a move so we can jump in, I found myself in familiar stomping grounds in Molden Heath. I immediately recognized the 3 different stenches in the air; Carebears, Carebears With Teeth, and Carebears who Think They Have Teeth. And it's my job to make their lives miserable. The most logical starting place in Molden Heath for this insurmountable task is of course Teonusude II - Ice Field I Upon Arrival I find to my delight a 7 man mining op consisting of several Mackinaws and Retrievers with a can out. Great glee! Part of the challenge of a successful can-flip is ship selection. You don't want to get steamrolled if 7 guys suddenly decide to light you up, but you need to appear engageable. A quick check of local reveals 11 members of their alliance in local. I decide to go with my buffer-mechanic-abuse-Myrmidon for this task. Upon completing the flip I receive a convo from one of the Mackinaw pilots. Several Barges warp out of the belt and a Harbinger and cloaking Ishkur take their place. I now have 2 hostile Myrmidons and a Harbinger in the belt locking me up. Unfortunately for them my aggression from the can-flip has expired, so my smacktalking friend decides to try and get me to flip again. He jettisons a can and demands that I return what I took into his can. There were now 13 members of his alliance in local, yet they again let aggro expire without doing anything. They jettison another can, which I oblige them by taking. I've decided if they don't do something by the end of this 15 minute window, I'll off, let them get back to mining, and smartbomb them. I myself get an unexpected surprise at this time as my super-chill brosef of awesomeness Jeron Kahyar has informed me that he is in system, and will fit out a Dominix for remote repair if I so desire. I really don't think it will be necessary and would rather do this without RR, but it's a handy option to have. Yet another hostile warps into the belt, a Hurricane. I am now locked up by 2 Myrmidons, a Harbinger, and a Hurricane, with a cloaked Ishkur still somewhere in the belt, yet they still don't do anything. I express my impatience in local. Finally, after what had to be 30-40 minutes, they decide to aggress. I gleefully engage. CARNAGE COMMENCES Normally I just let these things slide, post my killmails and call it a day, but when people with no goddamn clue decide that they want to talk to me, then proceed to embarrass themselves horribly, I can't resist the temptation to publicly embarrass them further.
