This is a lottery with a 140 million ISK grand prize, there will be 4 smaller prizes as listed below.
This will be my fifth lottery, as before if this fails to get off the ground ALL ISK will be refunded.

To help credibility the names of all winners Will be posted on this thread and all winners are encouraged to confirm they've receive their prizes.
Prizes:
1st: 140 Million ISK
2nd: 20 Million ISK
3rd: 10 Million ISK
4th: 5 Million ISK
5th: 5 Million ISK
Prize Total:
180 Million ISK.
Ticket Price:
Tickets are 1 Million ISK per slot with 200 available slots.
How this will work:
You can buy as many slots as you can afford. If I don't fill up all (or most) available slots by midnight on November 5th EST I'll refund all the money. Slot numbers will be picked at random using the random number generator at Random.org. Prizes will be given out as soon as all slots fill up. Send all ISK to my character, in the Reason slot type in "Lottery Number Five."
My goal is to get this lottery to where I can hold one almost every day (and with a larger prize). If you have any questions message me in game or post on here and I'll respond asap. The open slots will be posted directly after this post and I'll edit it as slots fill up.
Free Ticket(?):
For my first 4 lotteries I PAID people to play, this resulted in me giving away 25 Millions ISK. The reason I did this was so that people would grow to trust me. If you don't trust me by now... I don't know how to convince you.
Why Should I Play This Lottery?
There are only 100 slots as opposed to thousands, much better chances for you. Also, other lotto's take weeks or months to finish, this one is done on Thursday, and after that I'll be hosting yet another one.
Why should I be trusted?
The people from the first, and second lottery took a chance and trusted me and they all received their money back.
Those in the third and fourth lotteries trusted me and all 14 of them have received a total of 180 Million ISK in prizes.

I beg to differ, the lotto tickets begin at Nr.1 so 1-5 would be 5 numbers, but 10-15 would be 6, as if the 10 would be equal to 0 in the line 1-5, but as the 0 doesent exist, 1-5 = 5 Nr's Hope i wasn't too confusing on this point :)

I'm glad to see everyone's brushed up on their math. Don't worry the problem was dealt with shortly after his post, I contacted him ingame and he kindly paid me an extra 4 million ISK. Though I do enjoy the conversations, lol, helps bump the thread up to the top.
