OK i get a level 3 mission, to go get some wine for my agent..get to the depot, and its surrounded by corelli, only to be encountered by 4 npc "corelum guardian chief safeguard", these boats uses jammers so effectively that when one finishes jamming you the next starts...so you constantley unable to target lock... i tried all the eccms and nothing worked....
so whats the point....
and while im at it, why is it neccessary to exit a space station to repair your armour or hull, then re-enter the station... why is there not a button in the fitting screen..<REPAIR ALL>.. so how stupid is that...

they are not jamming you. they are using dampeners to reduce your targeting range. use sensorboosters. factions use different type of ewar, and as jamming is done by guristas, serpentis uses damps.

AFAIK, ECCM does nothing for NPC ECM. Also, if i remember correctly, corelli only damp, they dont ECM.

As said, they are damping your range, you will need to get closer, use sensor boosters, FoF missles or Drones.
You can "repair all" in a station, it just costs you ISK. If you want to activate any modules, you need to undock.

There is an option, called Repair. Looks like a guy with a wielding mask on, next to the station icons. Not every station has one though.

As mentioned previously, NPCs with the names starting with "Core" such as "Coreli", "Corelum" are all part of the Serpentis corporation. These guys, being Gallente-based, all love using sensor dampeners. You will most commonly see ships with the suffix "safeguard" (usually Thorax cruisers) doing the sensor dampening.
The NPCs that love to use ECM are Guristas pirates, which will have names starting with "Guristas" or "Pith", "Pithi" or "Pithum".
A more comprehensive introduction to NPC ship names can be found on these very forums.
As for the point, remember that EVE is an MMO, where the second "M" stands for "Multiplayer". One option you have is to get a friend to help you out - one of you runs in and attracts the bad guys' attention, the other blows them up. If you're using a missile boat you can switch to FoF missiles. You can use drones too. You could fit sensor boosters to extend your sensor range, but this doesn't help when you've been damped down to 5% of your original targeting range :)
As for the "Repair All", it's a feature I'd like to see.

These others lie, you should just fit more eccm. I find a raven with 5 eccm 2 is immune to most serpentis ecm boats.
