Holy freakin crap! THIS is what dust should be like or at least another combat option like to take out some infrastructure or whatever. Ok now I have to get win7.

Qft. And despite the hefty sys reqs I can play at the vsync limit with just a 9800gtx and e6750 @1920x1080 with eveything at max except the shader which is turned down a couple of notches. Though I do credit the brand new win7 install for that as it transformed my old xp machine that I though was already as fast as it could get into some sort of near instant loading game eating beast. Time to get that q9650 it seems.

Whats your laptop specs? The game scales extremely well performance wise through changing the resolution and effects levels. tbh I think you get a pretty good advantage situational awareness wise from setting everything to low so most competative players will be running like that anyways regardless of their rigs power.

You can shoot people from behind an asteroid only so many times before the fun runs out even if the zero-g enviroment is really cool. Gameplay wise this is just a basic shooter with an awesome premise and enviroment with some really cool graphics for the lucky few. Which is why its pretty dead atm though if you want a match you can get one at most times of the day.

Well when I said 'pretty dead' I guess that was in comparison to other fps games. There are always a few servers up with good players shooting stuff up.
