I took a break for the summer from Eve, but am back and starting my lottery back up.
Royal Lottery is run solely by my main toon - Pittsburgh2989, as my alt is flat broke (Sidney Crosby).

It usually averages one lottery per week, tickets range from 1-10mil depending on the prizes. I have lotto'd off everything from T1 Frigs to Carriers to Freighters to Implants to POS mods. You ask for it, it will be up in a future lotto if I think I can sell it. I make on average only about 5mil per lotto, as I make enough in 0.0 that isk isn't really the reason I do it. My channel is a great place to hang out and just shoot the stuff even if you don't plan to play that lotto.

Every channel I have posted in it applies to...
-Ships b/c its a ship lotto
-Other b/c anything can really go in there
-Recruitment b/c I am recruiting to join my channel
-Empire channels to recruit and b/c you carebear's rarely talk in there anyway and I see no MOTD that says otherwise about them (I would know I sit in them often)
-Legit Trading b/c lottos are allowed there

I pick the winner based on random number generator on my calculator. When players buy a ticket they pick which numbers they want and I record them in a word doc. Once all the tickets are sold I set the bounds for the number generator and how many for it to pick. If of those numbers more than one belong to one of the players, I give them the higher prize, and redraw another number for the other.
Example - Joe Bob has the numbers 5, 10, 15, and 20. There are three prizes given out - the calculator picks 5, 13, and 20. Joe Bob gets first, and I do another random pick off the calculator for third.
I have all my past results saved in word documents if you would like to see any of them. I originally had them posted on the mailing list, but thanks to the new patch when I cleared my inbox I was so fortunate to delete all of the mails from the mailing list...
If anyone has a website where I could post word docs so people could reference them when they felt like it, it would be greatly appreciated. I will still continue to post results in this forum either way.

On the subject of it is my alts, I make enough isk in 0.0 to where this is piddly change to me. It's not worth the credibility hit. Someone brought up the other day, why none of my alliance/corp members were in the lotto - I don't advertise it much to them, if at all for the vary reason of someone crying and claiming favoritism. Feel free to convo/mail any of the past winners, plenty of credible references.
