I use both small lasers and small hybrids and they're fine, they're just used in different ways. Hybrids are by no means unbalanced.

Look at cpu/pg on amarr vs other ships. You will see that we have marginally more pg but way less cpu.
EXAMPLE:
Crusader has 5 more base grid then a taranis but 50 less cpu and it has one more bloody turret to fit (which STILL doesnt even come close to the dmg output of a taranis thanks to it's 25% rof and dmg bonus).
Punisher, who the **** uses punishers in pvp? Noobs such as yourself.
