You can anchor a POS wherever CorpAverageFactionStanding>=SystemSec*10 with the faction that holds sov in the system. Eg, when we wanted to anchor a POS in a 0.6 system in the Heimatar region, we needed a corp average of 6+ Minimatar standing.

That's not right either. There are plenty of towers online in Outuni which has a true security rating of 0.73. The displayed rating must be 0.7 or lower, which means a true security rating of lower than 0.75, since the displayed rating is rounded.

It's simple:
NOTHING can be anchored in 0.8 or above. Not a GSC or a POS or anything else. ______________________ Agony Unleashed is proud to support TeaDaze for CSM |

*facepalm* that's TRUE SEC, it has nothing to do with anchoring

Systems strive to attain 0.8 status, that way they don't have to deal with no steenking vermin POS's, just the magnificent NPC stations.

That's what I said. Anchoring is based on the displayed (or rounded) sec level, not on True Sec level as stated on Evelopedia.
It also isn't accurate to say that True Sec has nothing to do with it, as the displayed level is based on true sec (database) level.
