I just want to do my mission and not be bothered by thugs. Maybe make 09 and 08 space thug free zones and 07 progressively allow thugs and the loot reward for doing missions in it lower thug zones. It is that way in mining. But mission in 09 in a level 4 missions daily are full of thugs. IN the USA we are not use to the idea that the Law "Concord" does nothing when they steal from me. WE call the police they catch the thugs with some kind of penalty. Everyone wants to be a pirate [lawless] in Eve because they are incentives to be they get away with it. I shoot a pirate they come back in a PVP ship and kill my PVE ship. Pirates have the advantage.

I've heard rumors that "Hello Kitty Online" doesn't allow such low handed tactics as you mentioned-- players interacting with others without express permission.

In essence, any combat related activity involving damage has been 'speed nerfed' to just take 6 times longer with a predetermined outcome coined balance by CCP. |

Learn some skills. Get your own PvP ship after you shoot that so-called pirate. What are you all in the USA? A bunch of cry babies?
