Being the selfish greedy capitalist extortionist that I am, i too run an army of alts to clear out 10/10's and sometimes make 1billion + isk per plex. Mind you sometimes go days without finding anything other than a mag site. Some people seem to get jelous when you can run a 10/10 without having to share anything, and they have to bring 5 corp mates and each make about 50-100 mil. BORING
I tend to give false information on plexes, so that I may see newbs emo rage in the fury of an embarassing loss to ones first PVE experience, watching their faction modules drop for me to calmly drive up and salvage and sell back to original owner. Command ships offer some great salvage parts.
Dont worry little one, your armada of Factiony ravens and geddons and whatever else you can muster, SHOULD be able to EASILY do a 10/10. Just send me a message and i will help you learn!

realy depends on what faction it is...
you can (atleast could) solo the serpentis one.. no neuts and just some week thermal citadeltorps
guristas one is not that hard before last stage where you run into pain... ecm, webb, 180k EM citadel torp and so on makeing it hardest of the 10/10.. can be tanked with lots of ehp vs em and logistics
angel and sansha wasnt really any special.. not soloable but I wasnt impressed when I did run them... 2 geddons had problems breaking first stage in sansha tho lol. after that it was easy :P
not run the blood one but would guess its sameish as sansha..

Regarding Serpentis Fleet Shipyard, I can solo it in a Dominix all the way to the end, where I run into a brick wall and my DPS is abysmal vs the final Shipyard rat.
You need to pick up the DPS to about 1500+ to break the tank on the Shipyard, or else it will just sit there and tank you indefinitely. Alternatively, you could run it solo, then switch out for a Neutron gank fit Domi and give it a shot then. Takes a bit but shouldn't be an issue.
