Ideally you should have,
 All Cruiser races at 5
All Battleship races at 4
Gunnery and missile skills to back it up
Leadership skills
Commandships/Logistics
I will look at toons with 2/3 of the 4 races.
I do not want your cap pilots I have one and she is a nympho and satisfys my every need.
Do not post your over priced half trained toons that you bought a day ago for 2 bil less then what you're asking for now.
I have a large budget and will pay top dollar for the right toon.

I will also only look at toons with a decent name. I do not want or need a toon with numbers in there name or something like iwanttolickyourchocolatestarfish

Did you know that 5/4ths of the active game population has trubles with fractions?
Check out http://www.eve-sheet.com/skills/benny_broadband, I am currently skilling ships and weapons, I was going to do Minni BS 5 when ASC 5 completes, then do some lasers and chuck him in a Bhaalgorn. No Cap skills...I am too cheap to shell out 500m for a carrier skill, or 350m for cap ships.

How deep are y pockets m8 ? 
what about 100m Sp cal/gal char ?
Excellent support skills
20m in missiles 18m in gunnery
cal/gal bs lvl 5
all frigs lvl 5
poor leadership skillz :)
no command and logistic ships :)
