In case you didnt get the memo, ccp is trying to nerf motherships, If you look at the 13 page threads in test server feed back you will find that after dominion they are only worth 5-8 billion.
Thats assuming the nerf goes through. So yeah until that changes good luck trying to get 10 billion for the Hel.
