Who do the GMs work for, their own epeen or the players?

I had evidence.. actual reason, pure hardcore.. undeniable evidence that I should have my ship reimbursed.. yet the GM in question just seemed to refuse and refuse AND REFUSE to reimburse the ship.. on the basis that, after a 28 minute window of being docked.. concord can still shoot you. Not only can Concord shoot you, but it's ALL explained on eve-wiki. So.. does anyone else see the flaw in this logic? I.. play this game.. I don't play eve-wiki online.. I play eve online, and to get CRUTIAL information about current events in eve online.. I must go out of the game, go on a website that is altered by unreliable sources to find out something that should already be 100% inculded in the game I'm playing. Hmm.. flawed logic there correct? Not only this but the GM CONTINUED to try to prove me wrong, YOU are not employed to prove me wrong, you are employed to judge a situation within the game universe and make a well supported decision upon your actions prior to the statistical information. I'm 20 years old, and when someone says to me "our logs can't prove nor unprove that there was no timer on your screen, but the logs suggest that you still had a GCC" I feel a little bit ing insulted. I PAY your wages... If you get any from being a GM.. I actually contribute to this game with my hard earned money and time as do all the other paying customers Don't waste my time or anyone elses with silly ** with no logical reasoning other than "i had a bad day, so I'm going to do my job wrong and take it out on the people I'm meant to serve". So anyway, I worked my way in skills up to a BS, and took it mining in a 0.0. A pirate podded me and I had no insurance on my ship. I petitioned and showed proof that this guy podded me. They said to go and read the wiki. That is no fair! WAAAAAAAAAAA Sort of a true story! Seriously though, no one cares. Get over it. Crying in the forums will only get you mocked and laughed at. If you had the same attitude when you petitioned, I would have denied you too. I'll bet you get a lot of spit in your food when you eat out.
