And the game type of being based around real time would suggest that the timer would run out 15 minutes after the event no matter wether you're logged in or not. You evaded CONCORD for some amount of time exceeding 15 minutes. Hell, you even say you docked up. On logging in and undocking, you got blown up. Do logs show it was CONCORD? Do they show who it was? If it was CONCORD, you evaded them (by docking- not possible when CONCORD is on you), which is a bannable offense- and you got off with no warning or ban. Pretty light loss for a bannable offense, wouldn't you agree?

In fact they intentionally leave stuff out to find out for yourself. I have had friends who live in 0.0 get concorded because they went to high-sec with low standings. Everybody got a good laugh and moved on. CCP doesn't tell people how to suicide gank people. People figure it out by experimenting. In the same way people find out about how long they need to hide before concord cools down. The simple answer is CCP is not going to provide tools to aid you in breaking the law(concords that is). Your just going to have to figure out how to beat the system yourself like every other pirate.

Of course the GM can give you the ship back then ban you for Concorde evasion. Seems the best option to me. I'm off to bash a mallet over my head as I can't be bothered to find out if it may hurt and there is no warning sticker. Its players like the Op that cause companies to put 'warning: do not insert in ear' on their pencils.
