I would like to propose my idea for a change to current game mechanics. Any and all remote transfers done outside your fleet to be an act of aggression with both CONCORD & jumpgate/docking timer rules for other types of aggression like that from turrets, missile bays or ECM. This would promote those that wish to involve themselves in wars to join the fleets of people involved in wars and prevent using the game mechanics as is for something it most likely was not intended to allow.

i agree. but i don't think they should be concorded they should maybe be flaged as a legitimate target such as when you steal from someones can. or maybe thats what you mean

I agree. It seems illogical that the person that's able to rep is left in a state of complete neutrality and is able to be left unharmed.
Logic would say as soon as the repping player gets involved, they are a target as well.

The issue isn't that they are target-able its that they do not operate under the same rules as other forms of aggression. If they were made to be in the targets fleet to be able to repair without being attackable by CONCORD (current non transfer module rules) then the fleet rules would override the CONCORD action and they would not be able to instajump or instadock once they are taking fire since they would have acted with aggression.

um if it where not for the fact that some plp actually try and help out another players ( i know it doesn't happen that often) this would be OK, but its not. i agree that repping a player should agro the reper( at least to the attackers) but not for concord, if i come into station range and a buddy starts reping me he shouldn't have to be in fleet to do it , plus on occasion i have repped a badly damaged ship that i didn't even know , granted that was after he sc****d the 3 cruisers attacking him

I have no problem with people helping each other as long as they are fleeted up to do so. It is when they are not in a fleet with the repairing target that should give aggression just like any other module except scanners

          SOLUTION
Disable remote reps for non-fleet members. Forcing the remote repairing neutrals into a fleet with your war targets, making them nice and juicy flashy flashy to shoot.

Fleeting does not affect flashiness or war target status anymore since Empyrean Age.
CSM notes said CCP is working on getting RR to prevent you from docking/jumping, though, so there's hope :-)
