That's interesting. 700 mil and you keep the POCOs. I would take you up on that offer, because I would blow them up and replace them with my own. You probably have a logged off scanning alt in that wh so you can come back and protect your investments.

Cost and value are two different things. An orca may cost a certain amount, but it's value in a WH it can't leave is an entirely different matter. You may be able to mine more, but you still have too haul all of that ore out in T1 industrials (major pita) or refine at the pos at a huge loss.
So maybe a rorqual might have had some value since it could compress the ore for hauling...
Without poco transfer maybe this WH would be worth 100mil tops. |

WH that has this good PI is alone worth 300-400mil minimum, but I got over it to provide better offer and hopefully have a quicker sale.

No I haven't mined alot, but I have mined enough in a C1 to know the problem isnt in the mining. It's the hauling the ore out after. Since an Orca can't fit through a C1 WH it is useless for the hauling out part. Sure it will increase your yield, but that means many many more trips of ore out of the WH in an Itty 5. Additionally with a LS static you get to have even more fun getting that ore out.
I was just mining in 2 retrievers and generated enough ore to make the hauling a total PITA, honestly not worth it isk wise for me to bother even mining anymore.
