I was just having a quick look for a skill planner.
I found eve-mon but from what I can tell you have to have a character for that.
Say I wanted to start a new account and have it recommend a character creation best fit for me, is there a prog for this or am I missing somehting with evemon?

From what i understand char creation these days is basically the same thing, all chars are created equal but with racial weapon skills so it doesn't really matter what you choose anymore :P

Oh Wearry.
No different attributes or different skill sets for races and lineage?
Might have to crush a trade alt and have a play then :(

A new char will get two atribute remaps.
Creat a char on a trail account. Load API into EVEMon (afaik you'll have to wait 3 days before API is aviable). Make a skill plan and look up what atribute remap EVEMon suggests. Trash char.
Make new char and choose atribs according to EVEMon. When plan is done make new plan and remap.

If you know what you're working for, or the skills involved, you can build a skill plan (of sorts) in EVEHQ and it will recommend the race/bloodline, career and attributes that will get you to the end quickest.
Then obviously once you get the character made you can then use EVEMon to build a more detailed plan with remaps and yummy stuff like that.

Race / Bloodline makes no difference now
