Normally, I'd start this off with some awesome spiel about recruitment, but f*ck that.
If you do industry (mining, research, production) or missions, keep reading. Otherwise, keep reading.
Right now, we are a few good men looking for a few more good men (and/or women) for primarily industry operations. Our short term goals are the expansion of the corp member base, investment in and development of our industrial backbone, and having fun on EVE. Our long term goals are either getting into some wormhole space and building a home, or getting big enough and well enough known to find a nullsec home.
More on the industrial backbone bit - we are currently loading up on as many BPOs as we can and researching them to perfect status. We have a large chunk of Gallente and Caldari T1 BPOs as well as most modules, and are slowly getting a hold of cap component BPOs. We either have or can easily get facilities for T2 bp research and production. There are a couple good highsec systems we mine out of, while hitting the occasional grav sites that have lowsec ores. One reason for growing this backbone is to provide for our members - we try to provide some t1 ammo, charges, modules, and even some implants to members. The primary reason for becoming an industrial powerhouse is the generation of ISK.

I am new to the game, relative to the "elders" of this corp. I am happy here. The senior guys are very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. They are well equipped as well and will support the members with logistics and equipment. The corp has at least one POS with membership access. I am a miner and enjoy mining ops with the support of an orca. Good fun guys and gals, come join us.

It's worth noting that we're currently being (laughably) harassed by a griefer and a few of his friends. So far, they've managed to... well, I'm not sure what they've done other than waste ammo and cap booster charges.
I think this brings XSEXX up to the third consecutive war that just made us laugh a little at the griefers while giving some of our guys a chance to flex some PVP muscle if they so desire.
If any luck, this griefer will put the advice I've given him to good use. If nothing else, his myrmidon will be more effective.
