For extra clarification:
Target Painter + sieged dread = no go
Target Painter + triaged carrier = no go
Target Painter + Mothership = no go
Target Painter + Titan = no go
Target painter + moving dread = less damage
Target Painter + moving Carrier = less damage
Mind explaining when Target Painters actually help me in Capital ship fights?
And ever brought into consideration when you have a ragnarok with the capital fleet which reduces the signature of capitals by 37.5%?
Please, explain!

Thank you, CCP, for locking up my main char in a mothership for the next year or more after me wasting hours on SiSi to test the former changes you made.
