Isk spammers how to help destory them

So thank you GM's. But first here is a list of known sites that spam EVE Online chats: removed by request If you see an isk spammer please petion it and it will be gone in a few mins by the GM's but will be back in a few mins after it gets the boot. So thats the first thing to do. Second, now i'm not too tech but i'm just asking if someone is able to "legally" someway to take down the site "legally" not saying do anything illegal . If we can get rid of those sites then maybe they will take notice and stop spamming my awsome game I play "legally" So now if you are able too help me in my domination of the isk spammers please send me an in-game mail or reply to here. I'm sure CCP are aware of all ISK selling sites. Also, with Dominion comes a button that allows you to report ISK spammers, perma blocks them and doesn't take up room in your block list IIRC. Why do you want to report yourself as an ISK spammer? If you are one, just stop spamming already!

I know its lulz to make them pay for an acct then ban it after they pay, but they could also do things like ip ban, etc. Another thing that ive seen done (cant remember which game) is after you get banned the client puts a tag in the registry or something so the entire client is flagged (no accts can login from that machine), and reinstalling, etc doesnt work. Only way is to reinstall windows. Prolly wont stop them but would definitely slow them down

If CCP can start windows itself from starting up then i think it would be fairly easy for them to do the same to the client. It doesnt have to be the registry, hell CCP could use something that defines the os as unique, and when going to login the server checks out the os serial or something (well prolly not the serial but you get the idea) and prevents that client from logging in.
