Cosmo says only the Cosmo char had roles.. if that is so, the log does not show it (it shows they were removed in August). 5. Nunu is kicked as we find out his excuse for not playing with us is a lie.. he'd been playing another on-line game the whole time according to sources from the FoF indy side. 6. Grappler the CEO had tried to contact Cosmo on a regular basis with no reply.. he was flying around in random ships but NEVER on TS. I saw this as well on the member page.. With all of the dodgy background of Cosmo + Nunu the decision was made, by Grapper to kill him as he escaped.) Things looked bad. With several FoF leaving for IT I was getting worried about this too. Grappler gave a mail out in Leadership to kill Cosmo the day before everything kicked off. 7. 5 mins later Cosmo appears online and BULG reports say he is piling ships into his Titan.. Cosmo remains unlocked at the station keeping an eye out. 8. The order is given to kill cosmo... PL jump in with 30 dreads.. all this time he is NOT on TS or contactable. He DD's understandably! Cosmo comes on TS finally asking why we killed his Titan. Now we start to get a series of stories that keep changing over time... 1. Nunu phoned me and warned me you guys were removing FoF roles and I should get out. I got scared.. 2. I was moving my ships to the front line.. (wtf the front line is right where you are!!) 3. Sorry I lied about the above.. I was moving the Titan out to sell it/the char for RL $$$ which is against the ULA so didn't want to say anything. 4. Just yesterday he is asked "What was your mindset when you were putting the ships into the Titan.. did you think we were going to kick you? The reply... "I was feeling happy as Nunu had just phoned me and offered to buy my Titan for RL $$$"... WTF! Nunu had no isk.. he had been hacked.. he had no RL cash.. he had lost his job... Then we get intel from an SOT director.. on the Bob forums Hurley had been mentioned in relation to rejoining IT.... 3 days before we killed him.. We are not saying that is true.. just what we are told. So to sum up... Judging by Cosmo's reaction.. he is innocent of leaving for IT.. BUT you can see how dodgy the whole thing looked. Simply coming onto TS and talking would have most likely fixed this. It is lack of comms and many dodgy dealings that caused us possibly to come to the wrong conclusion. His Titan is now dead... he has a Titan BPO and T2 BPOs.. he will rebuild fast. Time to let this matter drop.. let Cosmo learn from his mistakes... and we will learn from ours.. If you disagree with this, then settle it on the battlefield.. we are after all playing a video game here. So It was only speculation of him leaving. Still no hard evidence? Think it is time to change the kill mail back to SOT ticker.
