The affair costs 50m per week but its definitely worth it for me. No fighting involved, but a lot of the good old spirit of Eve. :) Thank you kindly, an annoying alt.

I don't think you understand. The OP doesn't seem to be interested in shooting anything, he's more interested in just keeping a dec active. Under CCP rules, highsec caps can't be unlocked at all during a dec or else a GM moves it to lowsec. There's absolutely nothing you can do to about this. You will probably only see the OP log in once a week to renew the dec.
