I'm currently finalizing my new maller setup... which is meant for more experienced fighters with lots of skills and money. The plan was to create fast cruiser, which deals great amount of damage and can do lvl3 missions faster than apoc or armaggedon.
High slots:
5x Medium Pulse Laser II
1x Medium Nosferatu II
Medium slots:
100mn Afterburner II
X5 Webifier
Cap Recharger II
Low slots:
Medium Armor Repairer II
3x Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Heat Sink II
Capacitor Power Relay
I am currently using X-Ray crystals giving me optimal range of about 8km... i orbit at 5km which gets me right into optimal. Damage varies from 30-120 and when at ranges lower than 10km, i never miss. Rate of fire is good too at about 2.2sec.
For lvl3 missions i rarely need any repairing...
Any comments, suggestions, questions?

Well the only skill i am missing for that setup i posted is Energy Emissions lvl4 (for medium nosferatu II - so i use best named one)
I use nano membranes simply because for example minmatar navy and angels deal all kinds of damage.. and if you want to do missions fast you will waste time changing hardeners according to rats you are facing. Using 3 nano membranes II + maller ship bonus you will get restistances on armor ranging from 65 to 75%.
And yes, i run 100mn AB on autorepeat 24/7 ;)
I kinda doubt you will get Tech2 cruiser for 20million.. that's base price.. you won't see them under 60million for quite a while..

Excellent point! I will try using cap large or medium cap battery.. and see if it's better.

Yep, i have noticed that with small guns fitted (medium pulses II) i do not need webifier at all.. so i will replace that with large battery...
I have diminished nosferatu fitted on now..
