I have been scanning the dominion patch notes and wonder what actual gameplay changes for high sec players is actually going to be implemented other than skill changes. Also I saw that we will no longer be able to bookmark our POS structures. How then will we be able to quickly go to our POS?

There's a whole lot of new faction ships being released, and the old ones will be re-balanced. The Rattlesnake will be a mission running monster.

gtfo troll.
if you aren't a troll you must be new here. if you are new, what you have played thus far is the result of plenty of attention directed towards the carebears. It's finally time that the end game content (so to speak) gets attention.
As to your question itself, no idea.

There is a bug that messes-up the bookmarks put in POS arrays. CCP "solved" the bug by preventing storing bookmarks in POS arrays.
You can still bookmark the POS.
This is more of a pain for people that live in w-space, as it makes sharing bookmarks more of a pain (either have to use a jetcan, or an anchored container outside the bubble).

Typical CCP fix, remember the clonejumping bug where ship bonuses and modules got messed up when you clonejumped while not in a pod? Now we have clonejump restricted to pod only It's like "Hey, you can get electrocuted if you grab a live wire with you hands! Lemme chop off your hands, problem solved." _____________ I don't care what is nerfed, as long as it's not my "undock" button. |

Reading the Dev blogs and fora, the Sov changes, at least before CCP caved on the price, will enable miners to be respected members or renters of space holding alliances in order to increase the index and generate needed ISK. Similarly, with the existing alliances shrinking, carebears can just set up sov adjacent to the blob alliances in abandoned space.
My uneducated guess is that when the industrialists return to Empire in a month or two, without their stuff, the ones who continue to subscribe will be much, much more committed to remaining in Empire. Between them and COAD there should be some amusing posts.
tl;dr - Dominion should motivate industrialists to stay in high-sec. |

Yep, its mostly 0.0 expansion, for good reason, but it has offerings for everyone.

I don't think pets will ever be respected for anything. Ever.
What about t2 industrialists? They sorta need to make a living too you know.

What do you mean by pet? Some kind of stupid underling who lives in service to someone else... a 'goon'?
