No matter what I do I cannot get windows to recognize how to right click the touchpad on my macbook pro.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you referring to two fingers or control-press? Are you still having an issue post-Dominion?

I have a mbp but I play eve on windows mostly through bootcamp.
I set the bottem right corner of the glasspad to be right click, (press control) but windows doesn't recoginse that.
So unless I use a mouse I have no right click and yes that is post dominion.
I play eve on os-x when I am doing low level empire stuff but for 0.0 I play in windows, mostly because the apps seem to work better for me in windows, by apps I mean irc and teamspeak

It does the same thing to me, only in EVE online, and only when running windows through bootcamp. Other apps are not affected.

On my older macbook pro "control" + "click" performs a right click. Hope that helps :)

I'm aware of that; the problem is, ctrl-click and / or two - finger click does not work consistiently in (and ONLY in) EVE online. It works fine in every other game and application I have tested.

I've have to comment here that I have similar issues on my laptop when playing on OS X - clicks are very unreliable in general (2 sometimes 3 clicks needed to select or activate modules) and right clicks are slow or unresponsive too.
The issue started with Dominion patch.
I hope ccp and Transgaming are looking into this too.

forgive my macbook ignorance but is click mean left mouse button? as in left click?

The last version mackbook only had one button. The new "unibody" macbooks have the button functionality built into the track pad being built touch sensitive and modifiable i believe.

are you using the Leopard or SnowLeopard bootcamp drivers?

snowleopard is the mac OS I am using.
2 finger doesn't work.

did you install the bootcamp drivers from the mac install disk?

I am using the snow leopard drivers from the mac os x.6 install dvd. I also updated using apple software update in Windows.

you could try using Input Remapper, it makes apple keyboards work like a charm in windows.
If the default setup doesnt work for you(it did for me) then you can make your own modifikation to the keys.
