In my opinion you should raise the bond size to at least 500 million. That's still a small bond, but at least there is some fun in it.
I suppose he's taking the idea of starting small seriously, and planning on having future bonds grow in size until they are actually large.

This is the crux of it for me. I'm not in it for the money, I can make that by myself without the hundred mil. What I want is to gain the experience in doing it to find out if its something that i find sustaining in interest. Asking for 500 mil wouldn't improve my position from a trade point of view, if i thought I needed it then I would get more from my main. What I want is a macroism of what it would be like to do it for real. I want to make my mistakes and learn what I need to do on a small enough scale so that I dont **** on peoples chips.
I want to use the experience in my mind to structure, flesh out and construct a professional, responsible and overall successful proposition in case the experience compels me to do it again.
This is the basis of such a small offering. I know it will be a success. It would be hard put not to. I'm sure I can get a 50% profit on my first week and while I fully expect to suffer from dis-economies of scale and the law of diminishing returns i'm confident over the 40 weeks that I can keep a 20% a week improvement going. Based upon that I expect to pay out 14 billion in interest for the full 100 shares.
But do you know what I really wanted to do with this? Make my shares worth more than they cost. I want to be reliable enough and profitable enough so that people look at the interest paid out weekly and sell the shares to eat other based upon that. If by week 30 you are getting 11 mil interest per share and those shares could be bought back in 10 weeks for a set sum then what worth do they have? This is something that I dont think is utilized enough in eve and i wanted to create an offering that highlighted this in as ostentatious way as possible.
As for the skills comment, again I'd like to offer an individual of common repute to look through my api if he so chooses, but honestly, what would be the point?

You do know presumably how highly trained a toon has to be to have 250 orders?(my main has 105) and you have 'several different'......quite remarkable

And yes, by all accounts this is an extremely high risk endavour. However, in the grand scheme of things, 5 million ISK is not even pocket change, so my backers felt that 5 mil is worth a front row seat, so to speak.

Correct me if I am wrong. You want to do this to see how it's done in an "harmless" controlled environment, basically to get your feet wet.
Well, criticism, corrections, observations (and even flames) are a fundamental step at learning public financing.
You are supposed to make your face hard and answer even when flamed or questioned.
That, and not your asking for 100M is going to make people notice you and judge you.
Finally, your "no auditing statement" has no sense.
100% collateral has "no sense" if you want to build up trust, but being audited to at least show you can actually *begin* to deliver on your statements, is a practice that is well practiced even in practice, and not just done on newcomers.
