Rubbish patch notes are rubbish.
They have left out lots of things that may or may not be in the patch but put in a bunch of stuff no one cares about multiple times...

BTW I Checked SiSi, which is running the Dominion RC, the phoon indeed has a 5/5 hardpoint layout for turrets/launchers.

The supercarrier changes won't be in the initial release... Or not everything anyway, the HP boost should still be done in my opinion in the sake of not breaking balance by not doing it...
The rest of the discussed changes still need quite a bit of testing and tweaking before they should be put out... Especially since CCP seems so unsure of what a supercarrier should be... Abathur seemingly had it all perfect... I still wonder what made CCP change their mind... But lets not let this thread degenerate in dull CCP banter...
What else is there (possibly) missing, while we're at it? :p

"Nanotransistors reaction output boosted from 1500 to 3000" : Linkage
Allegedly, the SiSi blueprint incorrectly lists the old 1500 number and only running the actual reaction shows the difference.
Also, allegedly, it has been petitioned and a GM would have confirmed it as a blueprint bug and promised the change will make it into patchnotes.
Is this true or somebody's idea of a market manipulation ?
Especially since it would obliterate neodymium usage ratios (the moon mineral CCP supposedly wanted to boost) while still not removing technetium from the upcoming "throne" position.

What about Typhoon turret/launchers layout? On Sisi its 5/5, but i dont find this change in patch notes.

I raised this on page 1.
I checked in the static DB export and they seem to be 5/5 but nothing in the patch notes yet...

Just checked Sisi (117956), Nanotransistor reaction still yields 1500 Nanotransistors. Just as expected and as the reaction says.
The 3000 units were a hoax.
