New planets are sexy. Graphics matter so some of us.
New Fleet system is a great improvement .
New Mail system is a significant improvement. I was hoping for a tad bit better but wouldn't want to go back.
Corp and Alliance bulletins are great to have.
The new browser is an excellent improvement.
I'm quite glad that the T2 production requirement have been changed around to even out the value of moons more. Though it's clear it's going to take time for this to shake out.
The default broadcast scope for need shields, need armor, need cap, should be everyone in proximity.
I'm crashing a lot more, and it seem somewhat related to warping in. Have crashed more often warping to a POS we are attacking and also to missions I'm running.
It troublesome to find up-to-date documentation on the new sovereignty systems. Picture a player unfamiliar with the system wants to learn about how to capture sovereignty. Where would they go to find complete and accurate information? I still haven't found it.
Fleet fights still lag out at numbers that are too easily reached. Though I am on the side that benefited from the PL multi-titan loss in Y-2, I feel this was an absolutely B.S. way for them to have lost ships of such value. It disappoints me that an important part of the game is playing the lag mechanic, and the consequences can be so extreme. I would much more prefer to see the ownership of 0.0 be determined by actual fleet fights that involve both sides fighting. But given things as they are, and I do understand this is a difficult problem to solve, but why should it be enemy can damage a ship before a pilot can control it? Either a ship is in play or it isn't.
Haven't had the pleasure of living in an upgraded system yet but looking forward to doing so if it works correctly. Feedback posted here regarding apparent malfunctions of the upgrades are disquieting, however.
Overall I'm quite happy with the changes, understand bugs have to be worked out and have every confidence you making significant progress doing so. Would love to hear more from you on that, though.
