Smaller T2 ships will be some of the last to be affected.
At the moment you have marketing people buying up the larger T2 ships because they will have the largest ISK value increase. A 10m T2 frigate is only going to go up to say 20-30mil. Where as a Commandship/Hulk/Battleships etc are going to go up in price by several hundred million ISK.
I think that's a little extreme

Honestly I don't think the current prices are sustainable. CCP has made it clear (as someone already noted) that expensive T2 = bad. Witness the introduction of invention, the increased availability of decryptors and datacores, lessening of requirements for Hacking, and so on.
Also, 200-300% price increase on T2 frigs is nuts. Ain't happening.

I don't know about the other T2 frig size ships but the Wolf at least has about the same manufacturing cost now as before the patch - if you calculate with t2 component being priced 20% above their build cost as is normally the case.
Currently most t2 components are way overpriced due to speculation.

The amount of 'effort' to harvest the advanced materials for T2 ships has doubled, the overall price is thus bound to increase. Individual high-end moons will have decreased in value quite a bit (from ridiculous highs) but the overall value of moons has more than balanced that out as people need to mine the lower end moons to meet the new very significant demand.

And prices continue to rise and will for the foreseeable future. 50% increase in material cost right off the bat on the initial blueprint changes, combined with an overall massive increase in effort requires from many more pos mining more mid and low end moons driving up the overall cost of the materials, and let's not forget about the new technetium bottleneck since they forgot to make an Unrefined Platinum Technite reaction, and oh yes... T2 prices ain't coming down any time soon. CCP better get on the stick and at least add the missing Unrefined Platinum Technite reaction, or better yet, knock a good 20% off the microprocessor and armor plate requirements they exploded way too high, otherwise t2 prices will just keep going up.

No, they really won't.
A: prices have far from stabilised, the tech bottleneck doesn't exist in a vacuum and Tech can only sustain a high price if other moonmins stay low/go down from present levels. B: a big part of the current price hikes is that T2 producers are thoroughly confused. Many of them didn't see the changes coming and/or didn't prepare for them and are not sure where things are going; they're putting off production for a while, but as prices rise T2 production automatically becomes more profitable and more supply will hit the market forcing prices back down. C: there's only so much a person is willing to pay for a given T2 ship; the higher the price the lower demand to the point where supply and demand meet each other in a happy balance point that we call 'equilibrium'.
