Have to say that I hate the Thorax fit, not only is it ridiculously expensive due to the trimarks but really, the 1600mm plate gimps its speed and only allows electrons to be used.
DPS isn't very impressive at all seeing how that's 600 DPS with heat and Hammerhead drones.
An LSE setup may not have a web but it's far better than this 1600mm fit IMO. It only costs around 10m per pop thanks to cheap resistance rigs and ECM-drones (its only prayer against neuts), deals 470DPS WITHOUT heat or drones and has considerably better range due to fitting ions and a TE.
If you absolutely can't do without the web then just skip a plate altogether IMO and go all out gank.

How about putting some AC's on the shield myrm?. 220's or something along those lines [yes yes gallente weapons for gallente fitting thread but. . . since the myrm doesn't get a weapon bonus and AC's are capless, it could be ninja added].  . At least that's how i do it.

Some fits that have been tried and proven for some years now.
ishtar for 0.0 roaming. cap rigs to let the rep run a bit. it relies on buffer over rep, but the med rep can be pulsed. Midslots are killer, nothing will get away. cycle off the disruptor / web that you do not need for more cap. Use highslots as small stuff repellent. Tried and tested in 0.0 for over 2 years.
Fit this with an ab, for example if you are not travelling but can refit. with ab this is real funny, low sig, high speed, high buffer, all the midslots to dictate range, enjoy.

Was missing the astarte. It really is still good enough tbh.
Astarte with enough tank (449dps) to gank. You tank just enough to gank something. DCU is essential as you might be armor tanking while dipping into structure  . Use vs non speedy bc or BS. 1vs1. below needs advanced weapon upgrades 5. Does nearly 800dps. tank is cap stable as long as mwd is off. fitting more magstabs makes it severely less tank vs more cap usage and not much more gank. Not much that can hold your dps + kill your tank. Only thing to look out for is domi's with neuts.
