As I understand it, now that Alek has gotten on to the CSM he feels the workload of running the most successful merc corp ever AND trying to tell CCP how to run their game is going to be a bit much, so rather than devolve Noir I hear he has decided to just join Hydra and allow the Hydra leadership to share the responsibility of vetting new clients and jobs. I for one welcome Noir in to the fold and cant wait to join them on their ops in the future. Now with Noir's help HYDRA WILL PROVAIL! What have I been up to?

But they jumped the shark long before they fail cascaded during and after Tortuga. TBH I wouldn't even want to try to figure out who "The best merc CORP ever" is, or was.
