If such a place were to be setup in Amarr space I hope that it would be blockaded swiftly. -----------------------------------

Sure, so long as he accepts he's a heretic. In which case he will have a place in the Ammatar Federation's "Containment" centers. Then we will confiscate the slaves and turn them over to a place that can properly care for them. Like Metatron Inc. or PIE corporation. -----------------------------------

Originally by: Tar Kovsky Karin, will the Council be helping the homeless also? A lot of homeless Matari are former slaves who haven't been able to integrate into mainstream Matari society, and I'd hate to see them suffer further just because the scars from their slave collars have already healed.
Read: A lot of Matari are dirt farming and tea totalling because no one will help them due to their urge of Freedom Fighting being satisfied once an Amarrian trader is killed. -----------------------------------

Don't you ever tire of trying to curry favor with your Amarrian masters? We pilots do for these people what we can, but they need professional help. I'm not qualified to provide them with the training they need any more than I'm qualified to fly a battleship. Others, like Karin, fill that role.
Do you ever tire of trying to curry favour with your Minmatar masters? You have ISK, why don't you use it to setup your homeless in a good set of quarters and maybe train him how to work on your ship for pay?

Not one of these former slaves has expressed an interest in returning to Amarr.
Well slaves are only made of those unwilling to serve. Naturally they would be equally unwilling once freed by your ilk.

I'm afraid my translation software can't make heads or tails of "tea totalling". The closest match it finds is "teetotaling", which means "abstaining from alcohol". This does not describe many of the homeless people that I know.
The tea totalling is a reference to something else. You won't find it in your precious translation matrix. -----------------------------------
