I'm pretty thick.
What would the fortnightly cost be of a system upgraded to 4/3/3 and 4/4/4 ?

Basic cost of a system is 6m isk/day. (180m / month)
Things that add extra cost:
Jump Bridge: 10m ISK / day (300m / month)
Cyno Generators: 2m ISK / day (60m / month)
Cyno Jammers: 20m ISK / day (600m / month)
Capital Ship Assembly Arrays: 1m ISK / day (30m / month)
The activity index.. or upgrades based off them do not add any recurring cost for the system. theres only a one time fee for buying/installing the upgrade

I've read the blog - I can't figure out how much an Ore Prospecting Array is or where I get one from :S
eve-central.com doesn't have them listed as items or blue prints (at work atm so can't check)

All "buildings" can be found for sale in DED and CONCORD stations.
Territorial claim unit : 100 mil
Infrastructure hub : 500 mil
Strategic upgrades
Supercaps : 50 mil
Cynobeacons : 100 mil
Jumpbridge : 150 mil
Cynojamming : 200 mil
Industrial upgrades and military upgrades cost 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 mil (L1 through L5), except entrapment arrays (the complex attractors) which cost double that.

It's starting to make sense now, thanks both of you :-)
So, say I have a corp and we're renting from the sov holders. Assuming we give them the isk and they put the upgrades in... am I right in thinking that it doesn't matter *who* does the work?

That would be correct as long as somebody blows up rats, mines, whatever, then the strategic or industrial index will go up a bit. Just have to do more than it decays.
