Edited by: Hebron Dent on 06/12/2009 12:43:41 Check your shortcut. In the field "execute in:" it should be your eve root, not the temp-windows folder. Dominion installer ****ed this up.
TLDR: Shortcut => Execute in => If its like "C:/Win32/Temp/~tempEu28/files"; => Change to something like "C:/Games/EvE".
PS: Oh, and please, can you rename your thread in something like "Jukebox empty? Look here for a solution." I will push the thread up time to time, it sounds that a lot of people got this problem.

Great, such a simple solution, almost got bald before i saw your reply, was just about to start my own thread about this. I was able to get the songs in the jukebox, with the "open playlist" command, but everytime i exited EVE and started it again, i had to input the same path to get the songs, but by simply fixing the EVE Online shortcut on my desktop, according to your post, the jukebox playlist now stays. Thanks!

This means, on your destop you probley have an EVE Icon to start your game. If you right click it and choose Propertys, you will see a few strange options. You should not change the one called 'Target' as this is the bit that starts the game when you double click.
The one labled 'Start in' however is the one causing problems. Yours should be "C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE". This is the default path (ie if you did not change your installation path). Copy type or paste this line in, if you went with the defaults. -OK- it.
Once changed, the next time you load eve(via the desktop short cut), you should have all the normal eve tracks back in your jukebox.
You can of course still open your own playlists if you so desire. Rather than me retype another thread, lookie here : http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1226538

i can see the songs in the jukebox, but when i press play it just switches from one song to another. it's like every song only has 0.001 seconds playtime o0 and i hear nothing, of course. sometimes i can hear one song, when i press play after logging in. and the acceleration gate "fightmusic" works, too.

Hm, got another problem with the Jukebox:
I can see ALL songs there, but I cannot get the song-loop working. Everytime one song is played, it doesnŠt continue with the next in queue. Also when I enter an acceleration gate, the "battle-sound" starts, but when itŠs over, it wonŠt continue with the normal playlist...
Paths to the EVE-folder are OK

Open you playlist in Notepad, look at the paths. If they don't show the drive letter, resave the playlist on another drive, that show make the relative path an absolute one, which works.
Btw, I'm still looking for a way to make the jukebox keep the song order from the playlist. Does anybody know that?

nope, doesn't help me :D
you know its like when you open a playlist in winamp and the songs listed are in another directory, winamp skips these songs, right? and so it is in eve. but the songs listed exist in the directory o0 it plays the first song when i press play and then it starts skipping all songs 24/7 like scrolling a pulldown-menu all day.
