Self Destruct creates a killmail, given to the person who does the highest damage.
All lewt is destroyed, just like it is now.
(I mad. Vengeance Vs Cynabal - 20:12:46 Notify Cynabal belonging to Jack Sparowe self-destructs.)

But the Self Destruct option is to deny the aggressor of lewt right? |

so what... did you get the loot? that is all that matters... hell if every time i pvped and the guy self destructs i'd be happy... saves ammo.
killmails are worthless. the loot and the fact that that person lost that much isk is all that matters. |

Heh... the other night I lost a cheap hole-popping BS to a nice little gank. Once I knew I was toast I did my first ever self-destruct. Let it run, ejected, warped the pod back to the pos.
Then my alt in the SB blew the wreck.
I giggled.
