I am reliably informed that this note was incorrect so the correct note has now been added and reads "Capital Remote Repairers are now once again affected by remote armor repair skill cap bonuses."

I dont see the Fix for Anomalies in 0.0 , they dont respawn , people invested so much money into upgrading the system and those thingy`s dont respawn , you didnt find a fix for it or is it just an "inofficial" fix not mentioned in the patchnotes?!

Maybe I won't get an answer until after the patch deployment (which would be good news, in a way), but will the FW exploit regarding militia members with high standings to the opposing factions being able to capture plexes unmolested get fixed in this patch? -- Ecliptic Rift, an EVE Blog Back Alley Trading Company is recruiting!

why no fix for 0.0 i-hub upgrade anomalies? none of the anomalies with lvl 4-5 upgrades do not despawn correctly. and its like that all over eve. would have expected you guys working out fix for it quicker concidering it is probably one of the most important things that came with dominion. dissapointed... probably you guys start claim us soon it is working as intended spawning only 1 time per day right after dt.

Does that include failing a mission?

CCP,.... Im not gonna flame you guys but... first off, i love what you all hae done with the graphix in game, but for those of us that have a system that is 2 or 3 years old, it tends to be a bit much for the system to handle. I myself have a system that is over 5 years old but it has been kept up, EI vid card, ram and the like and truthfully, EVE pushes it hard,... Before the domination patch, i could run EVE wide open with all the goodies turned on and the vid on its highest. Now im seeing that the vid is so massive that on the old settings however, im having to turn things way back just to get it to the point that i can play it. This kind of upsets me to the point that im disenfranchised agenst the game only because ive got this bright new shiny patch for EVE and i cant use it. Done get me wrong, ive seen the new graphix after sitting infront of the station and i let it al load, ive warped around looking at all the stuff , all shiny,...new looks good actually, but for a system like mine, its a bit much.
Im running an ASUS A8V agp board, 4 gigs of ram too vid card is an AGP 3850 and actually before dominion the ting jsut flew,...fast. frame rate in the 60 frames,..no lag, no jiters,...ran really good. Ive herd from the other pilots in the corp and they have been all experiencing the same ting, and yes they all have machines that are 3 , 4, 5 years old, but good enuf to run the pre dominion software. resetting the vid adjustments work to a point, to the point that were back to pre dominion settings or even worse, put playable. CCP, i dont know if theres anything that can be done with that, but i jsut wanted to put that little bug in your ear, this is a game that i love to play,, one that ive spent a lot of time ingame and would realy hate to see go by the wayside. This vid issue is what is making the game un-interesting to me, whats the good of the high end graphix if it takes like 30 seconds or longer for it to load! you could be shot up before the screen refreshes,....and to tell you the truth, i dont have the money to put into another game rig right now. This rig is about as good as it gets. Is there anything yo can do?,...like for these systems give us the old planets?

I don't want to be mean, but a 5 year old PC is a 5 year old PC.
It's going to be significantly slower then a 2 year old pc and a LOT slower then a current PC.
UPGRADE YOUR ****
Quick story.
when I upgrade my main PC, the parts that get taken out get put in a 2nd pc. The parts taken out of the 2nd PC go into the pile of "OH **** XXXX Part just died, I'll use this till I can replace it" pile of parts.
Now, I upgrade each part on average of every 12-18 month. I don't buy the latest and greatest, but I do buy parts when their price has evened out after the initial introduction.
This means I spend the least amount of money for the longest decent "lifespan".
Now, by the sound of it, my "2nd" PC, with parts that are all at least 18 months old is still several years newer then your PC.
I see about a 50% FPS difference in those two PC's.
The end result is that a PC kept up to date will work better then a PC that won't.
For 500$ you can get a system that's probobly almost twice as fast as what you're running.
If you can't afford to upgrade your computer, then you need to reprioritise your expenses. I've been unemployed for almost 12 months now. But I can still play EVE fine due to my normal round of upgrades.
Upgrade routinely and you won't be left behind.
Or as an old addage went from the first gen of FPS's....
UPGRADE OR DIE.

I just wanted to get a brief update on the issue with Cosmic Anomalies not despawning after completion.
If (thanks to the iHUB) you are "guaranteed" to have 16 Cosmic Anomalies in system, the inability for a "completed" anomaly to despawn takes up one of these 16 spots. The end result is that, after downtime, the "Euros" have the full slate of anomalies to run. However, as they run them, they do not respawn... and by the time North American players get online (at the end of the work day... after 5pm EST or 22:00 EVE TIME, the system is full of empty, not-yet-despawned Anomalies.
I LOVE the idea of the Anomalies... especially the way they should get more difficult as the index increases. Log in, get in a ratting gang, and start plowing through the anomalies.... it makes the solitary activity of ratting a group thing, which is good.
BUT... if that mechanic is broken, we're back to running the belts. Not so bad in the 0.0 regions with low tru-sec scores (-0.5 or below).... but there are some regions of space (Pure Blind, for example), where the majority of systems have a tru-sec that is barely below -0.01.
So... do you have any visibility as to when the anomaly-despawning issue will be fixed. Further, will it require a separate build (1.0.3, for example), or can the issue be fixed as part of a normal downtime?
Thanks, Nightbird

FLEET FINDER
It still missing the fix to allow neutrals but accepted by FC option.
How large alliances should handle fleets when half of allies cant see the fleet. Most of the 0.0 alliances have nearly full standing list either with blues or reds. So if fleet is formed upFC will have hard time if he get linked 20-50 people to fleet chat and he needs to invite them manualy. |

What about me having to enter channel passwords every time I log in. Is that a bug in the client or do I need to clear some sort of cache?
Also, It was possible to warp to a fleet member while docked in station. Docking bay walls have been reinforced to remove this option.

As many others have said, this is a huge part of Dominion and it has gotten no attention, even though similar issues were reported on the test servers. It is clearly broken and needs attention - or at least acknowledgement.

That problem has been identified at least twice so far by CCP devs on the forums from what I remember. They -do- know about it, even though they don't go post "thanks for telling us!" each time someone mentions it

Well if you would release the next Battlefield title with the destruction feature but it doesnt actually work, dont the customers have the right to get updated about the fact why you wont fix it in the next patch?
