mix two parts eye of newt and 3 parts cow dung plus 7 parts bloodied stainer and you got the perfect mix to defeat a pirate.
ok now seriously here is ur probelms... The osprey tis got ot go man, blow it up get atleast a bb moa if ur not a poor newb. ANd if ur jsut an average newb get the caracal, that will reallyy mess those pirates up.... web them and mwd to them and just blow them using 5 X 150 dmg missles, plus u can use them fof missles, if ur jammed ;)

ok, got me caracal fully equipped with cow dung and newt eye. Will find out if my setup is right next time I meet one.

2 ABs (will swap for 1MWD and a shield hardener/cap booster)

burner (will swap for ball control box)

if your gonna use warp core stabs no point in using one just use 2, also id see the doctor if you need ball control devices to  ,
If you can fit 5 heavies instead of 4 and one stndard do so no point in using lghts over heavies TBH.
