In the patch notes:
An issue with the global criminal flag aggression timer not updating when the criminal is spotted by NPCs or sentry guns has been fixed. The timers will now properly update.
now priats have it too eesy.

I agree with the OP. I've lost 2 CNR's and a tengu to pirates in low sec, and now they have it even easier!?! Not fair.
I think ccp should sop fixing bugs that benfits pirates. The fact that pirates are even able to use warp scramblers in low sec is no fair. Those people should only be able to use those in 0.0. That's the idea of lawless space, low sec should have more rules.
AND PIRATES ARE CHEATERS. YOU CAN'T MINE SO YOU KILL!

That patch note is in reference to the global criminal flag not turning off after the 15 minutes. The aggression counter will go away, but the NPCs and sentry guns would still fire on players.
It is not a pirate buff, it is a bug fix.

For a Trolling alliance we seem to be doing rather well against REPO... current stats (off REPOs killboard) are 3 kills / 7 losses.. 94,802,180 ISK killed/ 582,175,386 ISK lost (plus the wardec fee.. I sure hope REPO are getting paid to cover their losses)

But then how am I supposed to to lose Thoraxes and then proceed to get highest damage dealer in a Velator? (Yeah I know it says pod, but thats what happens when your ship goes pop halfway through the fight.
