AFK hauling in T1 industrials is a bad thing.
If you're carrying 380mil in a hauler you're doing it wrong.
I'll take another 200mil stake to cover part of what Halo can't pay. I believe that leaves 200 still up for grabs... was tempted to take all of it but I figured I'd be nice to the smaller MD investors and give them a shot at getting in.

Audit Report on Deus Mallius
I was given full access to a single account consisting of two characters. Deus Mallius is the main and earliest character. According to Deus, there have been no significant absences from the game, this is the only active character, there are no other accounts, no characters have been biomassed, and no characters have been bought or sold.
The account is paid for in cash. Three GTCs were used to kick-start his trading career.
Characters

Male Caldari Deteis, created on 13/08/09
5.6m SP. 9 skills at Level 5. Medical clone sufficient, one jump clone installed, full set of +4 implants.
Principal areas of training:
1.Trading skills are sub-optimal. However, they are probably sufficient for current needs.
2.Deus can fly Retrievers and Badger Mark II Industrials. He has the minimum skills required to fly Drakes and Ravens.
Alt
This character has zero activity in all areas. There are no journal entries, no transactions, no contracts and no posting history.
Employment History
Deus has been a member of only one player corporation û Angelic Industries, which he joined on 13/08/09 and remains a member of.
Angelic Industries is a mission and mining corporation whose CEO and founder is Silvercloud. The corporation has 97 members and is a member of the Blue Sky Consortium. Red Frog Investments is also a member of that alliance.
I contacted Silvercloud and Locin WeEda, CEO of Red Frog to ask for confirmation on anti-scamming policies. Locin confirmed that such activities are not condoned in his corporation and was of the view that Silvercloud would have the same opinion. Silvercloud has not replied. Deus said that he ôhadn't knowingly scammed another player.ö
Posting History
Deus has only 5 posts, all in MD and all recent.
Activities
Deus spends between 4 and 5 hours a day in-game. His main activities are mission running and trading. He started trading some three months ago, and said that this has been his main profession for the last month. Trading is done mainly on personal market orders, with a few contracts from time to time.
He trades in one region, using a mix of station orders and range buy orders. He trades in a very small pool of high unit price items. Orders are generally updated five or so times a day.
Financial Information
Time and inherent API limitations meant that I was only able to access 1107 journal entries covering 36 days, and 319 wallet transactions covering 29 days. This is insufficient to draw any meaningful conclusions, particularly as Deus has only been trading for a short time.
His cash balance in the last 36 days increased from 1.2B to 1.8B. The main cash flows were:
Mission income 79m

Player donations and trades 104m

NAV
Assets are worth 906m based on EVE Central median sell prices, or 624m based on EVE Central median buy prices.
Sell orders amount to 109m, while buy orders in escrow total 657m.
High NAV: 3.5 billion
Low NAV: 3.2 billion
Conclusion
This is a high risk, first time offering from a young character and an even younger trader.
Given the alliance his corporation belongs to, the probability of outright scamming is low. However, failure due to limited trading experience remains a possibility and, should the worst occur, the collateral on offer is expected to cover only 50% of the bond principal.
Should the offering go ahead, I confirm that I am willing to hold any collateral, which will be sold and the proceeds distributed pro-rata amongst the investors, should there be a default.

This is Skarii's investment alt that I will be using to make the investment with.
Firstly gj to the auditors - especially to Varo for your excellent audit.
I'm satisfied by what is said from your ability to earn income DM from your trading abilities, and am overall confident that you can provide a 7% return on this investment through market profits.
My only concern is that it seems that a fir amount of your income comes from cross-system trading. This will no doubt be hampered (possibly severely) if your corporation were to undergo a wardec - something which a large industrial corp is likely to undergo from griefers / ransom corps (etc).
What affect will a wardec have on your trading abilities?

Annabelle Horiz: War decs don't affect my trading, as I do not system trade....yet.
I just sit in a station and monitor all my orders. The only time I've actually moved a trade item was for a friend who wanted a ship cheap from within the region :P
I'm currently gathering my collateral in one station to be contracted to Varo as soon as possible. When this is confirmed the bond can begin.

After reading the audit, which is awesome btw, I decided back on the 10th when I sent the isk to Deus (which was a mistake since I should have waited for the audit) I am going to stick with this investment as my first ever investment. I have confidence that Deus will provide what he said he would. I am just posting to make myself known as an investor.
I will say, I did learn something from this, and that's to wait for the audit before sending any isk amount. Deus was willing to send it back, though which was nice. I find investing to be interesting, good thing I have someone I can ask for help pretty readily.

As Kim Chubby had not confirmed receipt of principal, Deus gave me his API keys again. These player donations were made on 14 Feb 2010:
