Today I met an ebil piwat.
He was better than me. So I tried to be ebil too and jumped in my titan to DD him.
Ok, locking takes some time but then I was like like "DIE DIE DIE" but the client was like
"Notify You cannot do that because it is currently against empire policy to launch, anchor or control objects of that type within their jurisdictions."
I was like "OMG How can I kill this piwat now ?" Fired some shot with my XL Beams but the client was like "LOL TRACKING STFU".
So I looked for the latest patchnotes because DDing worked in lowsec before. Didn't find anything.
So I looked for the known issues in Dominion. Didn't find anything.
Can I please have a clarification why I can't kill ebil piwats in lowsec anymore ? Or can I only kill Capitals in lowsec with the DD ? And why it worked 3 days ago ? And why there is nothing in patchnoes ?
It's not that I would appreciate that ebil titan pilots harm low sec trade routes of cute orphans but at least I would like to know that it's not working before I jump my titan somewhere just to find out that I got rickrolled by CCP.

I heard he replaced alot of NC battleships once, this true?

TBH i'm thinking it was never an intended feature to let them be used in low sec as it was never mentioned in the DD blog nor the original patch notes, what you had was a broken game mechanic which was then fixed to correctly not allow doomsdays in lowsec just like before :P

The amount of undocumented changes is staggering tbh.
First ccp changes the dd to work in lowsec - nothing in patchnotes.
It gets abused to heck - no reaction.
It gets changed, again without any mention in the changelog.
I'm not impressed with how this expansion was handled. Upgrades are still not working with no patch in sight, naglfars were screwed up again, and a number of glaring bugs popped up again.
(Srsly, did nobody notice that the amarr factory outpost has broken orientation?)

FIXES
Critical
* Sovereignty Blockade Units have been seeded on the markets. Attacking and taking enemy space is now back in fashion.

I guess they classified using DD in low sec as an exploit (too bad, I really hate station games...)
