1/ storyline cant share standing faction to other players 2/ agents of corp/faction lvl 1 qual -19 to 0. can be avaible for few corps in other faction system solar. (look on eve agents) If there's also an agent storyline you can earn standing faction...but woop..its lvl1 storyline the real gain standing is 0.05 points....a bit monster mission bashing is needed if you need mass standing. 3/ Datacenter are in faction territory so -5 -10 standing people can forget them. 4/ Npc ofdatacenter give only one time mission, and all mission are storyline. 5/ There's 3 Datacenter by faction, they have 2 same quests, 1 need 10 copper tag, an other courrier mission give you a chain of mission... so 30copper tag+ 3 courrier will give you 0.5points of standing (not modified). (note that the chain of mission gallente is bugged since several years coz the final npc has been removed.) 6/ One of the 3 datacenter have 10 more agent, but dont dream, most of them required high standing faction for be enable, that's most dedicated to corp who need to increase high faction standing than for people whoa re low standing. 7/ dont know many thing about mission cosmos but they are in low sec and camped... 8/ FW, well good idea, but not avaible for bad standing guy i think.
finally you must learn diplomacy 4-5, make fastly the datacenter beggining quest when you can, you must refuse mission faction kill, when you can speak to a real agent, earn standing with his corp for have access to lvl2-3-4 storyline.
About the player corporation standings. 1/ Its the average of all player standing, Except if you have a neutral standing... 2/ A npc corp standing toward your player corp just allow your corpmate to sue jumpclone, no other use. (by example for a npc corp: one guy have 10 in standing, other player never do mission so you corporation have 10 standing, if all other player have 0.1 or 2 of standing, teh average will decrease greatly, no mroe jump clone) 3/ The faction standing is very very usefulll. A: it allow every player of corp to unlock high level agent of every npc member corp of this faction ..you corp have 5.0 toward gallente ? so every player can use most of agent lvl3-4 of galletne corp. B: it allow your corp to put POS in low and high sec. 4.0standing faction ->pos in 0.4 of this faction. 5.0 standing faction ->pos in 0.5 high sec. 6.0 -> pos in 0.6 etc... 0.0 0.1 0.2 and 0.3 allow moon harvest, and dont have restriction.
This mecanism is important for pos and explain many thing. that mean that ceo must be attentive to keep alt to 0.0 standing everywhere for dont waste corp standing. That means that sadly, many corp must create new corp with one character of high standing for have access in high sec pos. It explains why low sec and wh are full of pos, and why the dreadnought blackmail market is nice for pirates. It explains why low sec 0.4 are often empty and are mostly use for pvp or exploration. It explains why aeschee (soe faction) is full of corp and pirate^^
