Ok so heres the deal. I'm trying to create some simple reactions, Carbon Polymers Reaction to be exact. However, I can not for the life of me figure out how I do it. Lets skip the basics. I have the Hydrocarbons, I have the silicates, I have a simple reactor array. It's all there. The reactor array is looking for a blueprint I simple can not find. Not on the market. Please don't tell me to google a guide beucase I've been looking for days and all they say is "take these 2 moon minerals and make a simple reaction and move on". I need to know EXACTLY what I need to do. Can anyone tell me what I'm not doing? Or doing wrong?

go to empire or low sector... look on the market under manufacter and research... and go to reactions... and pick your blueprint

So basically what your saying is me living in molden health is the wrong region to live in when looking for simple reaction blueprints? Because there is, quite literally NO reaction blueprint of any kind on the reagion wide market in molden heath.

That's true for a lot of bps and a lot of regions. You can't find Amarr cruiser BPO's in Gallente space for instance.
