Nobody cries for anything, we pay for this game with real CASH. And when someone exploits, the customers expect that the service provider will take actions ( not just replacing the SBUs, TCUs, whatever ) against the people that exploit. So far we have seen planty of support for the exploiters...nice job...so many ******ed ppl these days.

From the Ban Policy
1. EXPLOITS
Severe offences may result in an immediate ban without warning; however, warnings may be given for first time offenses, followed by account suspensions of varying degree and ultimately a permanent ban if a player:
...
c. Is aware of an exploitable bug and fails to report it to Game Masters and/or distributes the information to other players.
So..with this in mind the entire fleet in that situation exploited...and were aware of doing so. Where is the punishment...

I dunno, I think banning the OP for distributing this information is a little harsh .. but if you insist...
He didn't said how you could exploit it...nor he distributed any information on the exploit. He only reportded the exploit...and the thread was opened after it got petitioned. Next time try harder...I know you can...
