Soon i'll be flying amarr T2 cruisers for some 0.0 small gang fights / solo and i was looking at fittings then came up with these.
This seems to be close to the cookie cutter pilgrim fit however i haven't seen dual propulsion used before but i like it. ECM / light drones will also be put in the bay. Recon 4 fits only for this please.
[Pilgrim, New Setup 1] Damage Control II 800mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I Medium Armor Repairer II Adaptive Nano Plating II Adaptive Nano Plating II
10MN MicroWarpdrive II 10MN Afterburner II Medium Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I, Cap Booster 800 Warp Scrambler II Balmer Series Tracking Disruptor I, Tracking Speed Disruption
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II Medium Energy Neutralizer II Medium Nosferatu II 5W Infectious Power System Malfunction
Medium Nanobot Accelerator I Medium Nanobot Accelerator I
Valkyrie II x5
Next is the main ship i'm looking forward to fly, the curse. Same as the pilgrim with drones.
[Curse, New Setup 1] Damage Control II Signal Amplifier II Power Diagnostic System II Power Diagnostic System II
10MN MicroWarpdrive II Warp Disruptor II Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II Invulnerability Field II Medium Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 800
Medium Energy Neutralizer II Medium Energy Neutralizer II Small Energy Neutralizer II XR-3200 Heavy Missile Bay, Thunderbolt Heavy Missile XR-3200 Heavy Missile Bay, Thunderbolt Heavy Missile
Medium Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I Medium Core Defence Field Extender I
Valkyrie II x5
Finally the sac, i'll be flying this without T2 HAMs for a while so that's the reason for the range rigs although i'm not sure if i'll need them or not. BCU in the last night instead of another EANM just for a little more dps.
[Sacrilege, New Setup 1] Damage Control II Medium Armor Repairer II Medium Armor Repairer II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Ballistic Control System II
10MN MicroWarpdrive II Medium Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 400 Warp Disruptor II Stasis Webifier II
XT-2800 Heavy Assault Missile Launcher I, Caldari Navy Torrent Assault Missile XT-2800 Heavy Assault Missile Launcher I, Caldari Navy Torrent Assault Missile XT-2800 Heavy Assault Missile Launcher I, Caldari Navy Torrent Assault Missile XT-2800 Heavy Assault Missile Launcher I, Caldari Navy Torrent Assault Missile XT-2800 Heavy Assault Missile Launcher I, Caldari Navy Torrent Assault Missile
Medium Hydraulic Bay Thrusters I Medium Rocket Fuel Cache Partition I
Warrior II x3
Comments / Criticism wanted please.

The sacrilege needs some sort of plating because its EHP is laughably low.

Depends on target and environment. The dual-rep is superior to the plate version in small engagements as far as I have experienced .. if however you are expecting a dps gang to come in then the plate wins every time .. not exactly fast to begin with. Sacrilege is the only HAC that will eat Vagabonds alive and it has great utility against all the infernal shield extended AFs that have become all the rage. HAM range takes some while to get used to if you come from the gun-boats though, some strange "no contact" scenarios happening in the last couple of km due to relative speeds.
I gave up on the recons. Too expensive for what they do, great for the one solo fight you get once a month but beyond that the cost/benefit ratio breaks down .. ISK better spent on fat Harbingers or the more nimble Zealot.

Not actually, imo. If you are going to plate your Sac it's really just better to fly a BC. Most people dual-rep their Sac and that works very well for solo work. Sacs arent the best HACs for fleet stuff, however.

Curse needs TD's:
3 x HML II 2 x Med Energy Neut II
1 x 10mn MWD II 1 x Med Cap Booster II 1 x Warp Disruptor II 2 x TD II 1 x LSE
3 x Nano II 1 x DC II
2 x Field Extender I
LOTS OF DRONES
Yes I know, really quite fragile. Luckily real pvp doesn't involve slinging EFT numbers at each other.
It's fast. It's agile. It'll shut off MWD's and active tanking fairly quick, unless they're gobbling cap charges like smarties. It's almost completely untouchable by turrets. It has bonused drones to kill other drones with. All Curses are afraid of missile ships to some degree, so a weakness against Drakes isn't an issue when you're WAY faster than them. The Curse shines for solo/small gang - in a numbers game you're primaried so fast and early a monster tank is going to do exactly nothing. It works.
Sacrilege is ok for solo/small gang but the Drake is better in nearly every respect.
Zealot is awesome for sniping and anti-support but is terrible solo.
Pilgrim used to be the best recon for getting some solo-stealth-kill action, but has now been surpassed by the Falcon. Combine that with the fact that nearly everyone flies Drakes at the moment and the Pilgrim starts to look quite sad although it still makes an EXCELLENT stealth-heavy-tackle ship for ganking mission runners and the likes in a team.

I use very similiar sacri except for damage+rof rigs instead of range. And t2 launchers ofc. If you orbit at around 16km you will hit your target with maxskills.

Sac without t2 hams and top missile skills isnt worth flying, because it has lol dps. You need that dps for solo. And for gang zealot is better.
Curse needs nanos and at least dual lse or lse/invul buffer.
Nos on pilgrim is useless and its not good gang ship /maybe laser pilgrim for cloaky gang, but meh/.

using 3x nano II + DCII just seems really special to me.

Yes because after you nuked your structure that 3k EHP you get from putting on the DCII is going to make the difference, and don't tell me you put it on to boost you shield resists please.

Edited by: Lugalzagezi666 on 14/12/2009 01:33:15 Dc is there to increase ehp buffer /+5k, +2k to shield ehp/ and by fitting 3x nano you lose only 1,2k ehp, because curse has already very low structure.
Do you have better idea what to fit to last lowslot?

yes get rid of a TD add another LSEII and use a PDU II. Shield rigs to plug in the resist holes. Depending on the gang I'd get rid of the WDII for a invul as well.
