This kind of post-hoc reasoning is exactly why your 'market analysis' is utter bullcrap.
Considering you made 2 offers (488M and 495M) and apparently accept anything in a range of 2.5M as "not far off the track" you were bound to be not far off the track in almost any case. If the price had moved more, you could've used Mme Pinkerton's reasoning to justify any price up to 510M or higher. |

I had a thunderstorm come yesterday, which killed off my power for the better part of 12 hours. -.-;;

Thank you, contract accepted. No other compensation is necessary; this entire thing ran on the trust/honour system. I just was afraid the haters in this thread would turn out to be right. I'm happy to see faith in humanity can still be beneficial to everyone involved
