its buggy as hell. This account is fine , but main account expired within an hour(was paying attention to time) after adding the gtc.
guess its random. My mains paid thru March but its expired

ok CCP fix this or at least acknowledge the problem exist. customer service is being needed here

that is pure bull**** at a mediocre level. Acknowledging the problem comes from actually acknowledging the problem. Not from having a support ticket system available for customer use.
CCP just acknowledging THAT their is a problem would fix most of this. but people buying gtc's atm should know the risk. for me its been 50/50 this account is fine, while the other is unplayable.

your missing the point. we arnt trying to inform ccp. they are oblivious atm. We are trying to inform others of our plight. I for one hope more people buy gtcs and have this issue.

the fact you are trying to sell gtc's isnt a reason you are posting is it? come on dude! the fact you are risking your customers game time is the issue i think. terrible how some people will seek profit at any cost

I just bought a 30 plex and contracted it to my main, waiting on a petition now to activate my expired acct so i can use the plex..ill let you all know how this goes, how long it takes etc.
plex seem to be fine. think the problem lies within gtc's or a combination of the two imo. but i really dont have any idea just a wag on my part

what this thread is about is totally different. For some random new weird bug(feature) that i cant figure out. This and my mains payment detales are identical. we bought gtc's from the same person and applied them withing mins of one another, he shows expired and im here posting away for giggles. more and more people are getting this. so something is up somewhere in the system

from what i understand. adding another gtc wont help. just file a petition under Billing and account and then in eve time codes.
took 8 hours and all was well again
