Are they contractable/marketable?
You can make contracts but not sell it on the market. HP wise it is pretty much in the shuttle range, even a bit less.

It won't get taken away by CCP after the 6th. This is just when the redeem offer ends meaning that after the 6th you can no longer redeem the item if you haven't done so before.

I plan on re-activating a couple accounts, but was going to wait until I got back from Christmas vacation to do so, since I won't be playing while out.
You should be able to get it on a reactivated account, as long as it's before Jan 6.
