I have been having really low frame rates with my 295 (sli).
Single Client I reach 90-105 sitting in station. Two clients sitting in station 50-70fps.
During fleet I get 30-40 FPS and lower. My 295 is over clocked:
Graphics Clock 576 MHz stock mines 675Mhz Processor Clock 1242 MHz Stock mines 1050 Mhz Shader Clock Mhz 1455Mhz (dunno what stock speed is)
My GPu runs at 45-60 Deg (water cooled)
My Ram is under clocked at the moment to 1100 ish (triple Channel) My last set of 1600 plat series blew up and it wasn't over clocked 0.o.
Driver is updated too 195.62
On my system info (from Nvidia Ctrl) says I have 0 system Video Memory ?
I am using Win 7 64-bit, before that iw as on Vista and my Frame rate was at 200-250 per client. After the ram blew up the whole system went fubar and a win 7 install fixed it. (fps has never been the same since + allot of Sata errors not reading discs or writing to the hardisk)
Core I7 920 over clocked 3.8 (water cooled)
When i tried to record with FRAPS I get 10-20 FPS dual Client (1 recording). Any one else having similar issues ?

Try this:
In the escape menu, go to Graphics, then click Advanced Settings. Then set Present Interval to Interval Immediate.
You will get a bit of "tearing" on the screen, but your FPS will go up alot. Your frapsing won't be affected by the tearing. If you usually have over 60 fps when you're not in a blobfest, only keep that option to those fleet fights.
Other than that.. do you have performance issues in other games, too?

L4D 2 was running at 30-40 FPS with AAx 2, turned AA off and it shot up to 150-300.
This card should be able to perform better than this. ;/
Also the EVE fps is with HDR turned off. I used to be able to run 2x eve clients, cod 4 and other games in the background and still had a fps of 200+

Edited by: Sleepkevert on 16/12/2009 10:50:15 Try running everything at stock speeds. Too high overclocks can cause your graphic card to actually perform worse...
Oh, and give disabeling SLI a try. _

Ok,
Set the client to full screen and now my frame rate is in the 300s, Tho its going to be annoying running two clients in pvp having to alt tab to use them on separate screens ;/

Would this be something to do with Win 7 ? since a increase of nearly 300 FPS is insane....
