Not that I'm saying it's wrong (indeed, who doesn't love to farm tears now and then?) but one thing stuck out to me:

It makes me wonder what "profit" there is in harassing the guy via mails and convos and posting all this on a blog for the public to see? Although I'm sure someone will stretch the definition of "profit" to shoehorn it in.

The Posts were done the same as any corp thefts, fights or anything else of note that the corp pulls off. If anything half of what Holey had said should have resulted in immediate bans (refer to his knife **** / murder threats) Clearly any sympathy for this lunatic is entirely undeserved.
Your post doesn't actually address what I said, but instead tries to skirt my point and go on a tangent about later murder threats.
