But given how vast eve is with so many players who have absolutely no idea who anyone is past their corpmates isn't any list put up by anyone subject to that? This is what the op thought and its a decent enough list for the general forum population. If you feel that the list is not what you personally would put together then make your own thread. And no me being a candidate has no bias with this reply as I'm quite confident in my own achievements without needing the confirmation of others that I whoor the forums or have a blast when I log into the game.
