If I'm scouting and on voice in fleet with others, not just the FC, I never say what I'm DOING, I'll say it when I'm DONE. I'm not going to state on voice that I'm 30km away from the hostile camped and gate approaching it. I don't say that I'm jumping into a gatecamp, I'll say that when I DID it and made my way out

yer it was stupid an I was showing off, these guys new I was around an they couldn't find me obviously.... The big prob started when I tore the Alliance CEO a new one over it, an he decreed it never happened an there are no spys in FCON LOLOL... anyway end result I told em to stick it up their collective arses an quit.

With the exception of Shadoo (who is awesemo in his own way...come back and play the game dude...its still fun  ) the best FC's I know are calm, cool, collected...and tend to be former covops/inty/recon pilots who when the **** hits the fan...shred the opposition without raising voice a decibel.
Anyone who sits still for an abusive **** who yells and screams is basically a moron. Why put up with it? Shoot them down and laugh  .

btw UK, nice work in prov man, those YMP an 4B camps were top notch...... btw you pricks owe me 1b isk in mods an ammo from my Viator you killed :)

Minmarter FC's are very calm.
Wen its going bad and we have to bail there still calm.

Why do they have ships in high sec only.
soon as u kill a minmarter there back in the fight in like 3 minutes.

And if some tool yelled and acted like a **** I would have no issue shooting them. Thankfully the issue has never come up.
Conversely FC's face the horrible fact of generally annoying players:
-insists on bringing Raven as fleet snipah 
-insists on bringing Raven to RR BS gang
-constantly yapping in fleet comms (voice+text)
-brings **** T1 pap on T2 gang
-fails to align/warp
List is endless....recognize anyone?
**EDIT**Herding cats is a major pain in the ass. If you have good FC's...treat em right.
